We shift the focus away from weight loss and toward meaningful health gains—weight loss will be a pleasant side effect when you work with your body, instead of against it.

 

As the menopause dietitian, my passion lies in helping women rebuild trust in their bodies and feel confident choosing foods that truly support them.
