Hi, I’m Lizalet

With over 20 years of experience as a dietitian—and as a woman navigating perimenopause myself—I bring both expertise and deep empathy to the work I do.

Whether you're in the thick of perimenopause or well into postmenopause, you're likely here because something’s shifted — in your body, your energy, your weight… and what used to work just doesn’t anymore.

You’ll be glad to know there’s no calorie counting or food weighing here. Instead, I will provide you with a practical guide so you can give your body what it needs during the menopause transition.

 

We shift the focus away from weight loss and toward meaningful health gains. Weight loss will be a pleasant side effect when you work with your body, instead of against it. 

 

As the menopause dietitian, my passion lies in helping women rebuild trust in their bodies and feel confident choosing foods that truly support them.
