Why menopause specific nutrition support matters...

The way your body responds to food, exercise, and stress changes through the menopause transition. That’s why generic advice often doesn’t work anymore — and why tailored, evidence-based support can make all the difference.

As an Accredited Practising Dietitian with expertise in menopause, I help women like you:

  • Improve body composition — support lean muscle, reduce visceral fat

  • Lower your risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and osteoporosis

  • Feel confident around food again with realistic, personalised guidance

  • Improve energy and mood through nutrition and lifestyle changes specific to this life stage

You won’t find one-size-fits-all plans here. Our sessions are longer and more in-depth (55 minutes for the first appointment, 40 minutes for follow-ups), so we can really understand your body, your lifestyle, and build a plan that works for you.
