I took a deep dive into the latest nutrition research and started applying it. It has made such a big difference to how I feel and function in midlife that I made the powerful decision to focus my entire practice on supporting women from perimenopause to post menopause.
Now, I’m here to change the culture around midlife health. I want to give women permission to eat real food again, to feel strong in their bodies, and to nourish themselves with confidence—not guilt.
It’s not about shrinking—it's about building strength, energy, and longevity.
