Hi, I’m Lizalet,
The Menopause Dietitian

When I entered this life stage, I was struck by how much confusing and
outdated advice still surrounds women’s health. I was determined to find
better answers—not just for myself, but for the many women feeling
overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck in a cycle of dieting and restriction.

 

I took a deep dive into the latest nutrition research and made the powerful decision to focus my entire practice on supporting women from perimenopause to post menopause.
 

Now, I’m here to change the culture around midlife health. I want to give
women permission to eat real food again, to feel strong in their bodies, and to nourish themselves with confidence—not guilt.

 

It’s not about shrinking—it's about building strength, energy, and longevity.
