The turning point came when ongoing injuries forced me to step away from exercise. It was then I realised something needed to change and that I needed a completely different approach.

My energy returned. I felt stronger, clearer, and more like myself again.

That transformation reshaped not only how I live, but how I practise. It led me to dedicate my work to supporting women through this stage of life with clarity and confidence.
